As a young Cypriot shipper, my perspective is naturally shaped by growing up in an island nation with an ancient and unbreakable connection to the water. Sitting at the strategic crossroads of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Cyprus is a living laboratory for maritime activity. Even on a small scale, my home reflects how deeply the pulse of the sea influences the global system.

My journey in this industry is further driven by a specialized expertise in Ship Recycling but mostly in Inventory of Hazardous Materials (IHM) Management. I believe that the future of shipping lies not just in how we build and sail, but in how we responsibly manage the end of a vessel’s life. This focus on the “circular economy” of the sea informs my view on maritime sustainability and industrial responsibility.
